What we do

We don’t pitch ideas.
We close deals.

Strategy is the easy part. The hard part is a real name, a real number, a signed long form and a campaign that ships on schedule. That's the whole job.

Partnership models

Six structures. Chosen for the outcome, not the fashion.

01

Endorsement

A name attaches to the brand for a defined term and territory. Usage, exclusivity and category lockouts written tight.

02

Campaign feature

Talent appears in a specific piece of work. Single shoot, defined cutdowns, defined media, clean buyout.

03

Product & collaboration

Co-created product or capsule. Royalty or guarantee against royalty, approval rights, IP ownership settled up front.

04

Music & sync

Master and publishing cleared together, so a campaign doesn't die two days before air on a split you didn't know about.

05

Appearance & experiential

Events, launches, keynote moments, hospitality. Travel, riders, security and content rights all priced in.

06

Equity & long-term alignment

Where the fit is real: advisory, ambassadorship, equity or revenue share structured for a multi-year relationship.

Deal structuring

Every clause has a reason.

A partnership fails in the terms, not the idea. We price against market benchmarks, then paper the points that cause disputes twelve months later.

Fee & payment schedule
Guarantee, milestone triggers, escalators, bonus on renewal.
Term & territory
Length, renewal options, geography, channel-by-channel media rights.
Exclusivity
Category lockout scope, competitor definitions, sunset periods.
Usage & buyout
Organic vs paid, whitelisting, archive, perpetuity carve-outs.
Approvals
Rounds, turnaround windows, who signs off and what happens if they don't.
Morals & termination
Two-way clauses, cure periods, kill fees, reputational triggers.

Speed

Four to eight weeks. Written down, not promised.

  • Week 1 — brief interrogated, shortlist of names with indicative pricing.
  • Week 2–3 — doors opened, interest confirmed, offers issued.
  • Week 3–5 — deal points agreed, term sheet countersigned.
  • Week 4–8 — long form executed, production dates locked, delivery begins.

Governance

Conflict policy, in plain terms.

  • One side per deal. We are paid by the party that engaged us and we disclose it to everyone in the room.
  • No hidden margin. Talent fees are quoted gross. Our fee is stated, not buried inside the number.
  • Category exclusivity respected. We check every existing obligation before a name reaches your shortlist.
  • Diligence before introduction. Reputational review on both sides. We decline deals that don’t survive it.
